Roach Middle School is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Middle School Teacher / Coach to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year.

We are looking for educators who are passionate about developing student-athletes, fostering positive relationships, and creating an outstanding culture in both the classroom and athletic program.

Teaching Assignment

Possible Teaching Field:

• Middle School Integrated Language Arts (ILA)

Coaching Responsibilities

This position includes coaching responsibilities in:

• Volleyball
• Basketball
• Track & Field

Frisco ISD Coaching Requirements

• Coaches are expected to coach three sports.
• Must obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) within two years of employment.
• Commitment to the academic, athletic, and character development of middle school students.

• Demonstrate strong classroom management and instructional practices.
• Bring enthusiasm, integrity, and a growth mindset to the coaching profession.
• Be an excellent communicator and collaborative team member.
• Foster accountability, leadership, grit, and sportsmanship in student-athletes.
