Head Softball Coach – Ira ISD

Ira Independent School District is seeking a dedicated and motivated Head Softball Coach to lead and establish our growing Softball program. With the finishing of a new turf softball facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow a program focused on developing student-athletes both athletically and academically while fostering a culture grounded in integrity, discipline, hard work, and purpose.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Valid Texas teaching certificate
  • Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), or willingness to obtain if required
  • Previous high school coaching experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and sustain a competitive volleyball program
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
