Teacher Salary Schedule pays based on years of experience. The recent pay raise approved by the Lubbock ISD school board has increased pay starting at $50,900 for a certified teacher with 0 years of experience.
+ $4,500 coaching stipend
+ 10 additional contract days at daily rate
+ 14 additional days at daily rate stipend
