Head Volleyball

Devine High School (3A) ISD is seeking a motivated and dedicated High School Volleyball coach to build and lead our high school volleyball program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing student-athletes athletically, academically, and personally while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and character in alignment with UIL regulations and district expectations. 

Responsibilities

Organize and conduct daily practices, skill development sessions, and workouts

Instruct athletes in volleyball fundamentals, strategies, and game rules

Prepare teams for competition and manage in-game coaching responsibilities

Promote academic accountability and monitor UIL eligibility

Maintain effective communication with athletes, parents, administration, and staff

Support a positive team culture that emphasizes discipline, respect, and leadership

Ensure compliance with UIL rules, district policies, and campus procedures

Supervise student-athletes before, during, and after practices and competitions

Coach a 2nd sport
