Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Energetic, hardworking and organized

Coordinator or Head Coaching Experience preferred
Responsibilities
-
Develop and implement a defensive philosophy and weekly game plan
-
Coordinate all defensive practices, meetings, and film sessions
- Ensure players understand their roles and responsibilities within the defensive scheme
-
Monitor student-athlete academic performance and promote a philosophy of academic achievement
-
Establish performance criteria for competition and evaluate student-athletes' abilities regularly
-
Promote a positive climate that fosters student participation and successful student outcomes
