Job Opening: Head Volleyball Coach – North Shore Senior High

Teaching Field: Physical Education 

Position Overview:

North Shore Senior High is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Volleyball Coach to lead our volleyball program for grades 7–12. This role will oversee the entire program, ensuring vertical alignment across all levels. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing athletes, fostering discipline, and promoting strong communication with athletes, parents, and coaching staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the volleyball program from 7th through 12th grade.
• Develop athlete skills, team strategies, and program culture.
• Foster discipline, sportsmanship, and accountability among student-athletes.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and coaching staff.
• Support and mentor assistant coaches.

Qualifications:

• Head coaching experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive program across multiple grade levels.

Compensation:

• Competitive pay including teaching salary and coaching stipend.
• Additional 15 extra days beyond the standard school calendar.
