Tennis Director

Peachtree Tennis Club, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Tennis Director to lead and grow the tennis programs at our indoor club. This individual will oversee all aspects of tennis operations, from player development and programming to staff leadership and community engagement.

Position: Director of Tennis – Indoor Tennis Club

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and grow innovative tennis programs for juniors, adults, and competitive players.

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of tennis professionals and support staff.

• Foster an inclusive, high-energy environment that encourages participation and retention.

• Organize leagues, tournaments, clinics, and social events that enhance the member experience.

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to increase membership and program revenue.

• Maintain strong communication with members, staff, and management to ensure high satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tennis Director, Head Pro, or senior leadership role in a tennis facility (indoor experience preferred).

• Strong background in player development across multiple levels and ages.

• Demonstrated success in growing programs and driving participation.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to balance on-court instruction with off-court administrative responsibilities.

• USPTA certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
