Teaching responsibilities Social Studies/History.
Howe is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable individual to serve as the Coach for our Girls Volleyball and Basketball programs. The coach will lead both teams through practices, competitions, and off-season training, while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth. This is a dual-sport coaching role with responsibilities during both the fall volleyball and winter seasons.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior coaching experience in volleyball, basketball, or both (preferably at the high school level).
• Knowledge of the rules, techniques, and safety considerations of both sports.
• CPR/First Aid and Concussion Training Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to pass background checks and meet district hiring requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for mentoring and developing young athletes.
