Head Baseball Coach / 2nd Sport / Open Teaching Field

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team at Tom Bean High School as a Head Baseball Coach and Teacher. This dual role requires a passion for both sports and education, with a focus on developing our students' athletic and academic abilities.

Responsibilities:

As the Head Baseball Coach, you will be responsible for:

1. Developing and implementing training programs for our baseball team.
2. Coaching and mentoring students to improve their baseball skills and sportsmanship.
3. Organizing and managing all baseball games and practices.
4. Collaborating with other coaches, staff, and parents to ensure a positive and supportive environment for our students.

As a Teacher, you will be responsible for:

1. Planning and delivering lessons according to the school's curriculum.
2. Assessing students' progress and providing feedback.
3. Creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
4. Collaborating with other teachers and staff to enhance the school's educational standards.

Skills:

1. Proven experience as a baseball coach and teacher.
2. Excellent knowledge of baseball rules and strategies.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to motivate and inspire students.
6. Strong organizational and planning skills.

Certifications:

Applicants must hold relevant teaching and coaching certifications.
