Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated coach to lead our growing program. We have a large number of girls in our program that need a dedicated coach to run the program.
Position: Head Girl's Soccer
Teaching Field: Math, SPED, ELA, Social Studies
Additional Coaching Opportunity: No second sport
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of the girls soccer program, including offseason conditioning, in-season training, game preparation, and postseason competition

Develop student-athletes both athletically and academically

Collaborate with assistant coaches, athletic coordinators, and campus staff to support overall program success

Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, and the broader school community

Ensure compliance with district, state, and UIL guidelines
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous coaching experience at the high school, collegiate, or select/club level

Valid CPR/First Aid certification

CDL or willingness to obtain
-
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Demonstrated success in developing competitive athletes and maintaining a positive team culture
