Marlin High School- Defensive Coordinator
Job Description
Marlin High School is looking for a Defensive Coordinator that will have total responsibility for that side of the ball. We are looking for a passionate, high energy level Coach that is looking to continue to run our championship level defense, built on a culture of physicality and aggression. Over the past two seasons Marlin has been the District, Bi-District, Area, and Regional Champions; with a combined record of 21-6. The expectation is to strengthen our defense and enhance our team's performance as a whole. This Coach must be willing to be a team player and to help as we build upon and continue to develop a winning culture.
Marlin ISD is an excellent place to work near Waco, Texas. It has a tradition of success in academics, athletics, etc. Our community is very supportive and our administration is excellent. We will be on a Hybrid 4 Day school week schedule. Marlin ISD teacher pay and stipends are extremely competitive.
