1. Need someone to work alongside our current WR coach.
2. Learn our system and stay within it. Looking for a really strong technician with a spread and RPO background.
3. Be able to run drills when the WR's are split into groups.
4. Have a high energy motor. Be positive
5. Be able to run scout team
6. Be able to decimate Coverages
7. Proficient at HUDL and technology
8. Ability to communicate with all kids and willingness to help any kid.
9. Willingness to coach all levels of WR Jr High - Varsity
