Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Defensive Secondary Coach to join our high school football team. Familiarity with split field coverages is a plus. The ideal candidate will be someone who connects well with students, brings positive energy to the team environment, and demonstrates strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:

Coach secondary, focusing on technique and strategy.

Collaborate with the defensive coordinator to implement game plans.

Develop and maintain a positive team culture that fosters student-athlete growth.

Engage with students in a way that encourages their participation and enthusiasm.
