Job Description
We are looking for a high-character, high-energy football coach to serve as our Quarterbacks Coach & Pass Game Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder who brings passion to the field, a student-first mentality in the classroom, and the football IQ to develop a dynamic and efficient passing attack.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:

Texas Teaching Certification in SPED or Core Content (ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies)

Prior experience coaching quarterbacks or coordinating the passing game

Experience with Hudl, film breakdown, practice scripting, and game planning
🔹 Teaching & Coaching Duties:

Serve as Quarterbacks Coach and assist in overall offensive game planning

Coordinate and install the passing game scheme in collaboration with the offensive coordinator

Contribute to overall team development, weight training, and off-season programs

Teach a full class schedule aligned with certification (SPED or core subject)

Model leadership and accountability for all student-athletes
