Job Description
Head Boys Basketball Coach – Seagoville High School (Dallas ISD)
Seagoville High School is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Boys Basketball Coach to lead our program. This is a full-time position for a coach who is committed to building a championship culture while positively shaping the lives of student-athletes both on and off the court.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of the boys’ basketball program
Foster athletic and personal development in student-athletes
Build a winning, character-driven culture within the team
Contribute meaningfully to the school community as a teacher

Qualifications:
2–5 years of head coaching experience OR assistant coaching experience within a competitive program
Demonstrated success in building competitive teams and mentoring student-athletes
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Commitment to excellence in the classroom and on the court
