Job Description
Responsible for implementing a defensive scheme for our 7-12 football program. Manage player development and performance , supervise assistant coaches on the defensive side , organize practice plans , scouting reports , develop a defensive game plan each week, communicate with parents and other stakeholders about the team, and develop and implement a clear coaching philosophy for the defense.
Oversee ,develop ,and train our student athletes in track and field from 7-12th grade. Develop and implement track and field workouts for individual athletes and the team as a whole. Provide instruction and feedback on technique, strategy, and performance. Oversee track meets and ensure a safe and fair environment for our coaches and athletes. Recruit and retain athletes, communicate with parents and school administration, knowledge of UIL rules , and maintain records of performance for the program.
