Varsity Softball Assistant/Core Content - Prosper High School
Job Description
Assist with coaching of the Varsity Softball team with primary duties of instruction in the rules,
regulations, techniques, and team concepts of the sport, specific position instruction, game day
coaching and instruction, practice planning and execution both during season and off-season.
Additional responsibilities include, supervision of athletes, maintenance of field and equipment,
and administrative tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of two years coaching or playing experience, emphasis on pitching preferred
- Strong work ethic, energetic, enthusiastic, flexible.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with faculty, staff,
administrators, students, parents, and community members.
- A high level of integrity, diplomacy, and initiative.
