Job Description
Grady ISD is looking for a Head 6-Man football coach for the upcoming 2025-26 school year. Head 6-Man coaching experienced is preferred, but any experience with 6-man football will be considered.
We are looking for a coach who will continue to grow the football program at both the JH/HS level, as well as be a highly effective classroom teacher.
Head Football JH/HS, possible Head Boys Track or assistant, and assistant basketball, based on candidate and experience.
New Campus in 2020-2021 (PK-12).
New Football Stadium in 2023.
New turf field being laid in May 2025. Should be ready for the 2025 season.
Certified teacher in any core subject, Spanish, and possibly PE, will be considered.
MUST have a valid Texas Teaching Certificate with required endorsements.
CDL is required or must be willing to obtain a CDL by the start of the 2025-2026 school year.

Additional Compensations (stipend, other);
$14000 above state base for teaching
Coaching stipends PER sport PER level (JH, JV, Varsity)

$8000 for health insurance (added to salary)
