Model and foster good sportsmanship, leadership, and teamwork among players. Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, school administrators, and other stakeholders. Oversee game preparation, player development, and in-game decision-making. Be able to follow all UIL rules and regulations as well as scheduling and taking care of the administrative side of the program.
