Position Summary The Assistant Director of Racquets will oversee multiple programs, including tennis, platform tennis, pickleball, and bocce. This individual will provide our members with high-quality service and expertise while promoting engagement and participation in racquet activities. Additionally, they will manage inventory and billing protocols. Characteristics & Requirements ·        Residential Requirement: Must be local. Live close to the Bay Head area year-round to ensure availability for Club events and member engagement. ·        Platform Paddle Expertise: Demonstrated excellence in platform paddle playing skills with a deep understanding of the game. Experience in coaching or teaching platform paddle to players of various skill levels is preferred. ·        Coaching Experience: Prior experience in coaching racquet sports, especially platform paddle, pickleball, and tennis.
