Job Overview Meadow Swim and Tennis is small and vibrant club with 4 hard courts, used for instruction, competition, and recreational play. We are seeking a Director of Tennis to lead our tennis programs and elevate the experience for players of all ages and skill levels. This leadership role involves overseeing the development, organization, and execution of tennis activities, coaching staff, and community engagement. Responsibilities Program Leadership & Development Design, operate, and promote a comprehensive tennis program including: Junior development programs and camps Adult clinics, leagues, and social play Private and group lessons Special events, tournaments, and club championships Foster participation and enthusiasm among players of all ages, genders, and skill levels.
