Part-Time Pickleball Instructor Responsibilities: Instruction:  Lead engaging, student-centered lessons for individuals and groups (beginners to advanced). Skill Development:  Teach proper dinks, serves, volleys, strategy, footwork, and rules. Equipment:  Set up courts, manage equipment, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Player Engagement:  Provide constructive feedback, build confidence, foster a positive environment, and manage different skill levels. Scheduling:  Work flexible hours, often evenings and weekends, aligning with participant availability.   Qualifications: Experience:  Minimum 1-2 years of teaching or high-level playing experience (e.g., 3.5+ level).
