L’Hirondelle Club is steeped in racquets tradition, offering fourteen (14) Har-Tru tennis courts—three of which are lighted—along with seven (7) platform tennis courts and five (5) dedicated pickleball courts. Beyond racquets, members enjoy an Olympic-sized swimming pool and four duckpin bowling lanes.
For generations, the Club’s premier facilities and rich sporting legacy have been at the heart of its social fabric. Yet, L’Hirondelle’s story is just as much about community gatherings as it is about competition. From Saturday night dances and oyster roasts to annual Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas celebrations—along with weddings and milestone events—the Club has hosted countless occasions that define its enduring spirit.
Through it all, L’Hirondelle has remained the true center of sport and social life in Ruxton.
