Director of Racquet Sports at the Lafayette Club The Director of Racquet Sports will manage all aspects of the Lafayette Club's racquet sports program, including, but not limited to, the Key Responsibilities listed below. They are responsible for welcoming members, creating and adhering to budgets, initiating programs and promoting membership engagement through drills and events, maintaining high-quality, clean, and safe courts and facilities, and hiring staff. Reports To: The General Manager.
