Position Overview
The Front Desk Manager at our tennis club serves as the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service to all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Greet members, guests, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage front desk staff, including scheduling, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Manage pro shop (inventory, merchandising, ordering, etc.)
Handle check-in and check-out procedures for court reservations, lessons, and club activities.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding memberships, bookings, and club information.
Coordinate with tennis coaches, maintenance staff, and management to ensure smooth club operations.
