Job Summary: The Director of Racquets is responsible for the leadership, development, and daily operation of the club’s Pickleball and Platform Tennis programs. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional member experience through high-quality programming, strong staff leadership, organized leagues and events, sound financial management, and active on-court presence. The Director of Racquets serves as the primary ambassador for racquet sports within the club community. Position Responsibilities: Lead and manage all Pickleball and Platform Tennis programming which includes leagues, tournaments, clinics, camps, and special events. Run men’s and women’s Pickleball and Platform Tennis leagues and be present for all matches and major events. Provide private and group lessons, including team instruction.
